Leadership Development Package

What development have you and your leadership team had recently?

How are you developing future talent in your organisation?

If you are struggling to answer any of those questions, then a Leadership Development Package may be a great option for you and your people.

The aim of the standard leadership package is to introduce new and existing leaders to a suite of development, where they learn with a cohort of people key leadership skills that will aid them, their teams, stakeholders, clients, and customers. This will be a collective learning space and the leaders will learn together throughout the twelve months. This will ensure that they will share learning and experiences with each other about how they applied the theory back in the workplace as well as building support and collaboration with each other. This is also available for teams.

Each Module has a facilitated session and a shorter follow-up session to review how the learning is being applied. This is called an action learning review. There will be six modules and six action learning reviews and therefore a total of twelve sessions. The aim will be for session one in each module to be face to face and session two in each module to be conducted via Teams. 

The coach will facilitate each module. The coach will provide pre-work and questions for each of the participants to work on ahead of the facilitated session (session one). During the first session there will be a combination of theory, discussion, practice, and reflective practice. This will lead to actions being agreed.

In the second session of each module there will be an action learning review, where the leaders will discuss how they applied their learning from the first session and described what worked well? What worked less well? and what further learning has emerged. This therefore gives space to the group to continue learning from each other, continue to build collaboration and discuss the embedding of the learning from previous modules.

If required, be-spoke packages are also available, and topics out with the standard package are listed underneath. The standard package will normally run for a period of twelve months. If there is a topic that is not listed, please contact me and we can discuss your needs and agree a programme.

After each module, there will be a feedback form sent to the participants to identify feedback to flex future sessions and to assess NPS/Engagement scores and a final NPS/Engagement survey for the whole programme. Individuals attending the programme will be asked to bring a journal to document learning and how this has been applied back in the area they work in.
